Bin Tycoon Membership
Bin Tycoon membership contains a range of exclusive/additional enhancements to the Bin Weevils website. Details can be found on the membership pages. These membership features can change from time to time at Bin Weevils’ discretion. Bin Tycoon membership does not include Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network TV shows – these are purchased as an additional package called Tycoon TV and is only viewable to those who live in the UK and have a UK IP address. Accessing this video content is restricted outside of the UK.

Tycoon TV
Tycoon TV is currently only available to UK residents.
Tycoon TV is purchased as an additional recurring payment package on top of a Bin Tycoon membership. This can be cancelled at any time and membership terms and conditions apply.
Tycoon TV allows users access to premium TV shows. Content of Tycoon TV shows can change from time to time at Bin Weevils’ discretion.
Tycoon TV is only viewable to those who live in the UK and have a UK IP address. Accessing this video content is restricted outside of the UK.

Dosh Top-Ups – Virtual Currency
Dosh is a virtual currency on Bin Weevils. Dosh can be purchased using GBP (£), USD ($) or EUR (€) and can only be used on the Bin Weevils website to purchase virtual items. Dosh cannot be used on any other website and cannot be converted back into GBP (£), USD ($) or EUR (€). Dosh purchases are non-refundable. Dosh top-ups expire after 365 days.

Prices and payment methods
Bin Weevils Ltd set the prices for its membership and reserves the right to change them from time to time.
Membership fees will include sales tax or VAT as appropriate and in accordance with local regulations.
Binweevils.com memberships can currently be purchased in pounds sterling (GBP) for customers in the UK, USD ($) for those in the United States of America, Canada or Mexico and EUR (€) for European countries outside of the UK.
Bin Weevils accepts a variety of different payment methods and will continue to expand the range in the future.
Membership cards can be purchased at participating retailers. Membership cards have no expiration date.
Currently, credit card purchases are processed through one of our secure payment processors – PayPal or Click and Buy.
Any purchases made online at Bin Weevils will show up on your billing statement as "PayPal" or "ClickandBuy".
Bin Weevils memberships will become available as soon as possible after purchase.

Additional fees
Additional fees for purchases at Bin Weevils may be charged by credit card providers for cross border transactions.
None of these fees are received by Bin Weevils or are the liability of Bin Weevils.
Credit card providers will provide more information.

Credit card security
Bin Weevils uses a third party payment provider and therefore does not store any credit card or bank account information.
The payment provider is subject to regulation by the British Financial Services Authority (FSA).
All credit card and bank account information is stored by the payment provider solely in encrypted form in a high security computer centre on servers that are not connected to the internet.
All collection and storage of sensitive information by the payment provider conforms to the requirements of the Data Protection Act.

Approval by person liable for payment
Permission from the primary account holder must be gained prior to making purchases at Bin Weevils.
If permission has not been gained, Bin Weevils reserves the right to cancel membership accounts linked to unapproved purchases.

Site Maintenance
Bin Weevils reserves the right to close the site temporarily for maintenance from time to time – this may result in not being able to login to Bin Weevils during this time.

Refunds
Bin Weevils memberships are non refundable and non transferable.

Changing membership package
Membership packages can only be changed through cancellation.

Membership expiry
All Bin Weevils membership packages automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service – unless cancelled by the customer through the proper procedures outlined below.

Membership cancellation & renewal
Bin Tycoon memberships can be cancelled at any time. Please ensure you cancel prior to your next renewal date if you do not wish to renew your membership. You can review your next renewal date or cancel your membership on the Manage Account page. To login, please go to: http://www.binweevils.com/membership/weevils/manage
Alternatively, contact our customer service team at help@binweevils.com who will be able to assist you in cancelling your membership – please allow at least 1 working day for a customer services representative to respond to your query.
Cancelled memberships will continue for the full period of the package purchased.
Bin Weevils reserves the right to cancel a paid up membership without a refund upon breach of the Rules and/or Terms and Conditions of the site.

Membership benefits upon membership expiry/cancellation
Membership benefits will be stored and reinstated upon membership renewal. When your membership expires, you will lose the following premium features:
• You'll no longer receive a Monthly Bin Tycoon Salary
• You won't be able to stamp Bin Tycoon bonuses on your BinCard
• You'll lose access to your Home Cinema and all related items
• You won't be able to buy more items for your businesses
• Your Plaza will no longer be listed in the Bin Tycoon Directory
• You won't have VIP access at parties
• You won't be able to publish any more magazines
As soon as you resubscribe, all your amazing Bin Tycoon features will come straight back and you'll be able to get right back in on all the weevily fun!

Membership card activation
Problems with membership card activation should be directed at the participating retailer where the membership card was purchased.
