New Nest Item - Piano

Have you checked out the brand new nest item?! It's so good i had to mention it hear.
The item is available in the shopping mall and you can actually play the piano!! We've put a demo song on their, see if you can play it!

Girl Band Party!!

This weekend we have an amazing party for you - it's a girl band party to celebrate the release of the Nintendo DS game - Imagine Girl Band.
We have some GREAT music playing in this party - the music is by a band called City Girls - and if you like their music, their first single called OMG is out in the shops on Monday
This party will be on all weekend until Monday 25th August.

Bring your pets out of their nest!

You can now bring your pets out of their nest, and show them off to all your friends!
To get them out of your nest, simply get them to come to you, and press the jump on button. They will then jump onto your back and away you go.
If you cannot find the jump on button, then they may not be trained to jump, so do a few jumps in front of them and they will soon learn how to jump!
When travelling between areas, ensure you get your pet onto your back, otherwise they will return to your nest.

The great Bin Weevils treasure hunt has begun!
Your weeviling mission is to find the "Golden Crown" hidden somewhere in the Bin!
Each day (for the next 3 weeks) the Golden Crown will move position, when you find it you will be rewarded with 100 mulch which you can use to buy items from the Shopping Mall to furnish your Nest.

We'll let you know when exactly when they will be available to buy, but it is looking sometime around mid-afternoon!

In the meantime start playing some games and earning some mulch - Bin Pets will cost 1,500 Mulch.

Hello Weevils!
We just wanted to update you with what’s going on in the bin!

Many of you have said you are running out of space to decorate your nest, so now when you visit the Nest Shop you get the option to buy additional rooms! We’ll bring out more nest items soon.

Party Voting has started – head on over to Weevil Post outside Riggs Palladium and vote for your favourite party! Voting closes on Monday 19th May, and the party will start on Friday 23rd May!

Finally, and most importantly, we can show you EXCLUSIVE first photos of Bin Pets (if you’re reading this on the HomePage, click on What’s New to check out the photos)! Stay tuned and we’ll provide you with more information about Bin Pets very soon!

Mulch Island

Flights are now leaving to go to Mulch Island!
Mulch Island is a new discovery in the bin and will always be expanding with loads of new fun things to do on it.

Rum's Cove Flight Checks

Final checks are being made on the planes at Rum's Cove Airport! Rum (chief owner of the airport) has informed us that if the planes pass their safety checks, then the first flights will depart at somepoint this Friday 2nd May - Destination Mulch Island!
Rum is being very secretive about the planes, but has released this very limited photo (picture above).
We'll bring you more information when we get it!

Brand New Game - Gam's Descent

Check out the fantastic new game (found in Kip's Scrapyard) on Bin Weevils called Gam's Descent!
Fling your weevil up into the bin and collect as many bubbles as you can as you parachute down.

New Multiplayer Game called: Flip-Mulch

You can find them in Inks Orange Peel and Castle Gam.

How to play Flip-Mulch:

Aim:
The aim is to have more of your coloured mulch on the board than your opponent by the end of the game.

Rules:
The game begins with 4 mulch pieces already placed on the board.
To make a move, players simply click on the square where they wish to place their mulch. A move can only be made if it “flips” one or more of your opponent’s mulch. You can flip an opponent’s mulch by trapping your opponent's mulch between two of your pieces either horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Once trapped, their mulch colour then flips over to your mulch colour.
If you can't trap any of your opponent's mulch when it is your turn, your opponent gets another go. If this happens, you will see a message saying "passing play".

Scoring:
The game continues until no player can make a move. The player who has the most mulch in their colour on the board wins the game. If both players have an equal amount of mulch, then the game is a draw.
Winner = 30 Mulch
Loser = 10 Mulch
Draw = 20 Mulch

New 3D Camera Controls

In certain locations within the site, you get to control the camera angles! This allows you to spin around your weevil, or even zoom close up to your weevil!!
The camera control panel is found in the top right-hand of your screen (the yellow arrows). Not every location has a camera control panel.
Alternatively you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard (left, right, up, down) to move the camera.

Weevils Nest / Mulch

For existing users you may notice your nest is empty and your furniture has gone!
The bin suffered a Binquake! This destroyed everyone's furniture!
But do not worry, you had Bin Weevil insurance and this insurance mulch has been added to your existing account. Please go to the shop and purchase some items for your room.
New shop items will be added regularly! Your weevil nest is far more exciting allowing you to choose where you want to position your furniture.
